About LASEREXPRESS
Laserexpress GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized metal processing company. We manufacture complex assemblies using state-of-the-art laser technology, extensive machining technology and comprehensive final assembly. We successfully process all common metals and plastics for our steadily growing customer base.
Our broad manufacturing spectrum gives us the opportunity to manufacture your product competently, from start to finish, from a single source. A PPS/ERP system effectively guides your products through the planned manufacturing processes. All resources are used optimally. Flexibility, reliable planning and scheduling – especially for complex manufacturing structures or assembly modules – are essential in today’s world.
The terms economy and ecology are not foreign words for Laserexpress GmbH. The use of energy-saving fiber laser technology as well as the very low use of cooling lubricants in the area of machining are standard for us.

DIN EN ISO 9001
Since 2015 we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in the areas of sheet metal working: lasering, punching, forming, machining, welding and pre-assembly. We have decided to obtain this certification in the interest of our customers in order to maintain a consistent quality in our series and small series production and to continuously improve our production processes.
DIN EN ISO 3834
In addition, we have adapted our existing certification as a welding specialist 18800-7C to the new European specifications and are now also certified according to DIN 1090 EXC2. This certification also enables us to implement your specifications within the scope of the standards. The certification covers: Steel materials up to a strength class of S355 up to a base material thickness of 25mm, stainless steel materials of group 8.1 up to a base material thickness of 25mm as well as aluminum materials of group 21 to 23 up to a base material thickness of 40mm.
In addition, certification according to DIN EN ISO 3834 was carried out.
