Our fully automated large format laser processing centers allow laser cuts of the highest cutting quality for material thicknesses up to 40mm.
In addition to laser cutting, we can also cost-effectively punch and form sheets up to a material thickness of 8 mm with our fully automated punching center.

Welding
We work with the most modern welding techniques, so you get dimensionally accurate products with the highest durability and absolute precision in the processing of all elements.
As a certified welding company according to DIN EN 1090 / (EXC 3) and DIN EN ISO 3834-3, we offer you customized solutions for manual and automated welding processes from individual parts to complex welding assemblies and series production in chrome-nickel steels, steel and aluminum materials.

The quality management of our large manufacturing plant in Cuxhaven is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and thus meets international standards. Furthermore, we carry out additional, far-reaching quality controls of all products. Among other things, CNC-controlled measuring units are used for this purpose. These enable reliable production control even of large series. In addition, visual assessments, e.g. of surfaces, as well as traditional measurements by hand are still very important to us so that we can guarantee our customers the highest level of functional reliability.

On 4000 m2 of storage space, we not only ensure proper storage, but also take over the procurement of product-specific delivery containers at your request. We offer you special flexibility with the retrievable stocking of your products as well as a KANBAN delivery of your production facilities up to the production line.
With our own modern fleet of vehicles, daily deliveries within the regional radius are also possible.
